Humans have a lot of cute little names for cat activities. It may be a "burst of energy", the "zoomies" or "hyper kitty". The fact is we all do it. The actual name if this cat behavior is is called FRAP, or Frenetic Random Activity Periods. Some humans attempt to explain the FREP, but here is the real truth: cats are secretly training to become a feline ninja's. Don't laugh, it is EVERY cats number one goal to be a ninja, DEAL WITH IT.
